Mark O’Connor is an award-winning educator with over 25 years of experience in the education industry. Based in New South Wales, Australia, he is the founder and Director of Crystal Point Solutions, an educational consultancy specialising in professional learning, coaching, and school transformation.
Mark currently serves dual roles as the Director of Crystal Point Solutions and Director of Learning and Academic Growth at Emmaus Catholic College, bringing a unique blend of hands-on school leadership and consultancy expertise to his work.
